User interface for the CAS server should correspond to the UI for PLoS One?

Description

Steve brought up the point that given that we control the CAS for now, the user interface for the user logon, registration, etc. on the CAS server should probably not look or feel very different from standard PLoS applications.

CAS is a standalone server and serves its own HTML pages. These will need to be modified.
