disable AJP connector port 8009 in topaz server.xml

Description

on a single box, using a webhead, only plosone should be running on port 8009 (the AJP connector that apache/mod_jk uses to connect to plosone.

however, /usr/local/topaz/topaz/conf/server.xml has a connector on port 8009 as well. this should be commented out as it causes things to break, on the single box, in an upgrade.

apparently, topaz needs port 8009 to be happy.

we'll work around this by changing the AJP port on plosone, and i'll file a mantis bug for this.

sorry, i was wrong the second time and right the first time. the AJP port should be removed or commented out in topaz's server.xml for the single box install to be happy.
