DOI issues. Who's the authoritative handles resolver if we are sharing the namespace with AP and things are managed by CrossRef??

CrossRef? is the true authoritative resolver. We submit the DOI and a URL to CrossRef?. The URL is on a plos server (dx.plos.org) which does a little bit of verification redirects to the correct plosone page. Articles, figures, and tables are registered.
