Description

Pradeep had the nice idea of creating a Mulgara resolver to extract more triples from the article XML moving forward to deal with already ingested articles rather than going through the process of reingesting everytime we want more information. This will make data migratory issues hopefully easier.

Not sure when we want to do this, but I suspect this is a fairly high priority.
