Japanese subject in annotation is incorrect

Description

I added a japanese annotation. Data entry went fine. If I view "all commentary", things look fine. However, if I click on the annotation, the body looks fine, but the subject reads ドモ

Also, just try to add Tschalär as the title of an annotation. When viewing it, you'll get Tschalär.

String was coming back html encoded, so use innerHTML. Fixed in [2937]
