Best practive with regards to using String or URI to model URIs using Topaz.

Description

Maybe not important, but it would nice to have some guidelines on when we should be using String to model URI instead of java.net.URI. We seem to have a internal mapping from java.net.URI to String, so it is not clear when what should be used.
