Description

steps to reproduce:

  • roll over about
  • move the mouse down to 'journal information'
  • move the mouse to the right, so that it is under 'for users', but still on the 'journal information' link.
  • roll the mouse up to 'for users'
  • the 'about' drop down will remain visible.
