"Browse Articles" in PLoS ONE context has a different behaviour from CT context.

Description

Click on just "Browse Articles" (NOTE: do not select the two choices underneath it) and it takes you to a page that says roughly: 

PLoS ONE publishes new articles weekly. You can browse the journal contents by:

    * By Publication Date - Browse articles by choosing a specific week or month of publication.
    * By Subject - Browse articles published in a specific subject area.

Clicking on either "By Publication Date" or "By Subject" brings up a blank page (view source also shows it as completely blank). However if you select "By Publication Date" or "By Subject" from the "Browse Articles" menu, it works fine.

Also this is happening only in PLoS ONE context. CT context the same sequence of actions work.

It was happening on black. But Pradeep got the same problem running from the source base too. I am bringing black up again with a freah install. Skype or ping me if you want to use that to test.

I just brought up black from a clean slate and cannot reproduce the problem. I will try and reproduce this from the source tree (maybe the test environment) or the old data there causes some problems. Taking ownership back.

seems to be working for me, with r3528 and after running migration script, in both default and virtual journal context.
