this is remapped to journals/clinicalTrials/images/503_hdr_logo.gif by the filter.

however, in all situations that the 503 page is served, the filter is down :) i know i could redirect with apache, but i really want to avoid reimplementing the filter in apache.

i will fix this post upgrade and check it back in.
