pctr article does not show up on clinical trials browse list

i ingested a pctr article.

it shows up fine in the clinicaltrials context

however, it does not show up on the browse list.

it pubbed 4/21/2006 - before the launch of plosone - perhaps there's a start date defined in the browse query?
