Error Deleting Parent Annotation

Description

1. Create annotation 2. Reply to annotation 3. Flag parent for review 4. Flag child for review 5. Go to Admin panel and select parent for deletion ~Site error. Flags are cleared but both annotations still exist.

Works fine if the child is not flagged.
