Add the ability to fetch orderted items via OQL.

Description

The author name ordering in reasearch papers is important as it shows the relative contribution/importance of the author whereever the author list is presented. Currently we are using the OTM to fetch author list separately causing a bit of performance hit. We need the ability to add ordering here (as a more general solution).

Basically fixed in [4149]. Not entirely happy with the solution, but it'll have to do for now.
