handling post launch feedback

Description

Need to determine how we will handle feedback after launch. This means how we collect feedback as well as how we organize it and turn it into a prioritized set of features. Consensus seems to be that some sort of public forum is the best way. One approach is to make a dummy article and the comments on it are the forum. Then we have to somehow filter search results perhaps. Also, this would mean all feedback is attributed to a user. Do we allow anonymous feedback?
