RH nav bar too long for page if article contains many sections

Description

The RH nav tool on research articles is slightly too long for the page if it has lots of different sections. As this is a static tool, the bottom is cut off (see screenshot) and causes problems when you reach the bottom of the page (see other screenshot).

The RH nav tool will be moved in the article redesign project. Please test that a nav tool with many sections does not alter the new article layout in a detrimental way.
