Description

Currently we have PLoS branding hardcoded into various look and feel pages and that needs to be removed for Ambra. We should create two dummy journal templates without any mention of PLoS in there .

renamed editPlosAlerts.ftl to editAmbraAlerts.ftl and updated struts.xml accordingly

separate google analytics include on a per-journal basis.
