Description

this form should accept the account id URI, eg. info:doi/10.1371/account/56e54d8a-aac3-4bdc-a6ff-e3cdb3de0b15

however, it's looking for auth-id.

there's no way for an admin user to discover an auth-id (only the account id shows up in the URL for the view user page)
